所有出售的貨品，貨物出門，恕不退款和更換
如發現訂單有任何錯誤的情況，需在收貨後三天內聯絡本店處理後續，逾期回報恕不獲受理

Orders

In stocks: Please get in touch with us through WhatsApp to confirm whether an item is available or not. We will dispatch your order within 1-3 business days if the product is in stock.

For pre-order items: We will dispatch the items within 14-21 business days after receiving the order. 

We will contact you if there are material shortages, import delays or discontinued. Payment will be refunded while the pre-order item is discontinued.

Others 

Customers are required to provide personal information (Name, Delivery Address, Contact Number)that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Contact us immediately if there are any changes to the personal information.

We accept no liability where you provide incorrect delivery information that leads to delays and additional costs.

Please allow additional days to handle any changes to the delivery.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for all orders.

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel that was dispatched with the incorrect item.
